Public Log #3: It’s Becoming Real

history_edu Summary of Progress
Yesterday was a quiet day, but today was exciting. I finally started building the iOS app.
I have a great partner in this: my wife. She finished the backend, so the “brain” of the app is ready. Today, I worked on the front part. For the first time, I can open the app in the emulator and actually “touch” it. It is no longer just a dream; it is real pixels on a screen.
The Numbers
- Audience: 98 -> 102 followers on X (I finally hit 100!)
- X Reach: 4,000 impressions.
- Projects: iOS App is officially being coded.
- Side Revenue: $0.
The Lesson of the Day: Seeing is Believing
The hardest part of a side hustle is staying motivated when you have nothing to show. When you spend all day at your 9-to-5 job, you get tired. But today, seeing the app on my screen gave me new energy. Once you can “touch” your product, it becomes much easier to keep going.
report_problem The Hurdles
Moving from Figma Make to Figma Design, and then finally converting it to code. To be honest, I hate all that design stuff. I just want to build, but I have to get through the pixels first.
