The Reality Check

Today was a hard day for the “side hustle.” My 9-to-5 job was very busy, and it took almost all my energy. This is the truth of being a builder with a full-time job: some days, the job wins.

I didn’t write any code or launch a feature today. Instead, I spent my time brainstorming. It feels slow, but thinking is still progress.

If you have a full-time job, you cannot always have 10/10 days. Some days are 2/10. The goal is to make sure you never have a 0/10 day. Even 30 minutes in a cafe or a few posts on X keeps the momentum alive.
